Refund policy

Early-access purchases

If a product is sold as early access, the delivery date is shown next to the pay button. If we do not deliver by that date, you get a full refund automatically, without having to ask. You can also request a full refund at any time before delivery.

Delivered digital products

If the product does not do what its page says, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we refund you in full. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
